Sunday School

 

We offer fun and educational Sunday School classes for children ages 2 and 3 on up! (A nursery is available and staffed for children under 2.) Discipleship opportunities are offered for all ages from 9:45-10:45am on Sunday mornings from September through May. Parents – See the Adults page for opportunities available for you while your children are in Sunday School. 6^th-8^th grade students participate in confirmation classes and small groups during the Sunday School hour.

 

This year, the Sunday School classes are working through the E100 readings with the rest of the congregation. The classes focus on each week’s readings through an interactive, engaging curriculum developed by dedicated St. John’s members using resources from the E100 and The Story (Zondervan).

 

The 4K & 5K class and the 1st & 2nd grade class  begin the hour with music time and an introduction to the lesson in the Noah classroom (upstairs) each week.  Grades 3-5 have a music time and lesson introduction in the Ten Commandments room (downstairs). 

 

The Sunday School children are invited to sing in worship on March 24th.
